新漢強攻工業物聯網在英特爾開發者論壇榮獲加速創新科技獎

　　新漢于美國九月十日，在英特爾開發者論壇 (IDF)，榮獲最佳工業解決方案類別的加速創新科技獎 (Technology Innovator Accelerated Award)，在眾多競爭中脫穎而出，亦是唯一榮獲大獎的臺灣公司。新漢參與獎項角逐的工業自動化解決方案，以英特爾Moon Island軟件為基礎，進一步高度整合工控用軟硬件，包括資料搜集與監控 (SCADA)軟件和Rockwell的PLC，在論壇現場，以實機展示能兼顧實際產業應用與物聯網需求的解決方案，為工業物聯網開啟新的扉頁。

　　為滿足與實現工業物聯網，新漢特地打造NIFE 100工控機，采用Intel? Atom? E3826處理器，并以英特爾Moon Island軟件為基礎，成功整合工業自動化的軟硬件設備，在IDF以實機展出符合工業自動化控制所需的解決方案，同時將采集資料送到云端，變成有助決策者的有效資訊。例如，新漢NIFE 100一機能讀取兩種不同的通訊協定，一是Modbus TCP，另一個則是PROFINET、PROFITBUS、EtherNet/IP、DeviceNET或EtherCAT。當一機能讀取兩種原本不互通的程式語言，能加速資料交換與指令的傳遞，提高生產效率。此外，新漢NIFE 100整合Rockwell的PLC、Indusoft的資料搜集與監控軟件、微軟的OPC Server軟件等，讓IDF與會者目睹該創新應用已接近市場化階段，而非僅是藍圖愿景。
　　新漢工業電腦事業部總經理林弘洲表示：「新漢NIFE 100工控機能達成兩個最重要的應用整合。第一，工業自動化控制是一個封閉回路控制，發出指令后，最終一定要反饋給工控機，以確保管理的I/O設備依指示運行，但NIFE 100同時提供開放性連線功能，將采集資料全送至云端。第二，透過資料云端化，原本封閉的資訊，現今能在企業端與生產端同步讀取，對生產制造決策有莫大助益?！?br>　　除了NIFE 100，新漢也于IDF現場展示工業用智能閘道機NIO 100。NIO 100采用Intel? Quark處理器，不僅能收集資料，還能先初步匯整資料，再上傳云端，減輕主機分析資料的負荷。同樣以實現工業物聯網為前提而設計的NIO 100，亦能一機讀取兩種不同通訊協定，打通溝通的任督二脈。同時，NIO 100亦內建新漢自行研發的Xcare? 3.0遠端監控軟件，以檢測所有設備的運作狀況，確保設備發生異常前，能立即通知相關人員進行維護與排除潛在危機，減少停機發生頻率，使工廠產能達到最佳化。
