瑞強Smart T9001在某電子警察系統中的應用

　　項目簡介：
　　闖紅燈電子警察是基于百萬像素級高清晰攝像機的最新應用。增強型高清晰闖紅燈電子警察由3部分組成：前端成像設備、小型抱桿機箱和路口控制器。其中，路口控制器內安放控制計算機，控制計算機最重要的工作，就是實現對攝像機抓拍圖片附加必要信息、存儲、通信以及必要的號牌識別，這包括現場圖片解壓縮、號牌識別、結果貼圖、圖片壓縮、存儲、通信等動作。在有通信條件的場合，還應當與上位系統配合，實現現場攝像機圖像的遠程傳輸。根據該項目的實際需求，我們最終采用嵌入式BOX-PC作為通信控制設備，選用Smart T9001作為主機，來完成整個電子警察系統項目的實施。
　　Electronic police system is the newest application based on the HD camera with millions of pixels. Enhanced HD E-police system is composed of 3 parts: front-end imaging equipment, small pole machine box and crossing controller. Crossing controller will be installed with the controlling computer, which can take a role of adding, saving and communication to the picture taken by the camera. And the identification of necessary number work will include the image decompression, number card identification, result poster, image shrink, saving and communication. In some condition with communication, it should work with upper system to realize the remote transmission of the image taken by the camera. For practical requirements of this project, Embedded BOX-PC has been adopted as the communication server and Nematron Smart T9001 has been selected to be the main server to finish the performance of the whole electronics police system.
