Trio MC302X 一款基于Trio 最新ARM處理技術的小型DIN軌道安裝的運動控制器。
MC302X是一款專門為OEM設計的緊湊型控制器,其性價比極高。控制器上配置兩個軸,其中第一個軸,可以通過軟件配置為伺服軸或步進軸。第二軸可以配置成步進軸或參考編碼器輸入軸。
MC302X支持TRIO BASIC 多任務編程,最多可同時運行3個進程。每個軸都可以作線性或圓弧插補、電子凸輪、電子齒輪等運動。同時支持旋轉模式,兩個輸入還可以作為高精度的色標輸入。在MC302x本體上有4個24v數字量輸入,和4個雙向I/O口。這些口可以作為系統的邏輯輸入,同時也可以根據需要用控制器設置為高速色標,限位,零點,進給保持等輸入口。通過CAN口可以對I/O口進行擴展。最多可擴展到256個。
MC302X有一個RS232編程口和一個可選的RE232/485通訊口,可作為人機交換通道。
