IEEE (www.computer.org) 計算機學會是世界上最早和最大的計算機專業人士的學會，成立于1946年，是IEEE下39個專業學會中最大的一家。學會現有約8,5000名會員，來自140多個國家，其中40%以上來自美國以外地區。
