隨著中國汽車工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，輪胎制造行業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出了快速增長的趨勢(shì)。輪胎生產(chǎn)的過程中，從原料初加工到壓延成型直至最后結(jié)束，其間的過程復(fù)雜而又漫長，為了加強(qiáng)輪胎的耐磨、抗軋能力，需要對(duì)成型輪胎進(jìn)行硫化處理。輪胎在模型內(nèi)部進(jìn)行硫化時(shí)的壓力和溫度的變化直接影響輪胎的質(zhì)量，這就要求在輪胎進(jìn)行硫化時(shí)，嚴(yán)格按照工藝規(guī)定的溫度進(jìn)行控制和監(jiān)控，高運(yùn)算性能的控制機(jī)是關(guān)鍵。

系統(tǒng)組成

本系統(tǒng)由工業(yè)液晶顯示屏，無風(fēng)扇設(shè)計(jì)嵌入式系統(tǒng)NICE 3100，控制器，工作站，驅(qū)動(dòng)器，伺服器等組成。

系統(tǒng)主要特點(diǎn)：

現(xiàn)代硫化機(jī)對(duì)高溫高濕環(huán)境下系統(tǒng)要求高品質(zhì)高可靠性和長壽命以保證硫化質(zhì)量，降低次品率；高性能保證盡可能短的時(shí)間內(nèi)完成硫化過程。

新漢采用機(jī)械行業(yè)專用機(jī)，無風(fēng)扇設(shè)計(jì)嵌入式NICE 3100產(chǎn)品和工業(yè)顯示屏取代原來的工業(yè)一體化工作站的方案。NICE 3100體積小，低功耗無風(fēng)扇，密封性能好，非常適用高溫高濕的環(huán)境。減少故障率，降低維修。

同時(shí)分體的工業(yè)顯示屏和無風(fēng)扇工控機(jī)，大大降低維護(hù)成本，增加維護(hù)的靈活性。

目前已經(jīng)應(yīng)用到各硫化機(jī)設(shè)備，安全穩(wěn)定的運(yùn)行，受到一致好評(píng)。
